This is a courtesy listing posted by Griffin Humane Society to help this family find a home for their animals. The humane society has no responsibility toward these adoptions. All goes thru the pets owners. Rosie's family is moving to Ecuador and will be there half the year and here half the year and will be in Africa working for an entire year in the very near future.. Even if the dogs could go with them this would be a lot for them to deal with since there are quarantine laws and the owners will be gone 6 months at a time. So for all concerned it seemed fairer to the dogs to find them homes that would be permanent. Miss Rosie is a sweetheart, always so happy to see you. She is about 2 and 1/2 and almost all chestnut/red color. She is houstrained and gets along with everyone. Not sure how she would do with cats. She weighs about 70 lbs...all muscle and sweetness.Her ideal life would be to just follow you around and stop when you stop and go when you go. she is very affectionate She gets along with other dogs after an adjustment time. Better for her to be with a large or larger dog. She wants nothing more than to be a couch potato.
